Electrical BIM Modeller - KSA

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, and containment models.
- Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural, and Architectural teams.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks.
- Ensure BIM standards, project specifications, and company guidelines are followed.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and client comments.
- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Support quantity take-offs and BOQ extraction whenever required.
- Deliver project milestones within the agreed timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience with Navisworks Manage.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems such as:LightingSmall PowerCable & ConduitFire AlarmELV SystemsEarthing & Lightning Protection.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of Electrical BIM Modelling experience.
- Middle East project experience is an added advantage.
