Sales Executive to Facilities Management Region: Jeddah (Jeddah) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven background in the Facilities Management sector. The ideal candidate must have strong industry connections and the ability to generate business through existing and new client relationships. Candidates without relevant industry experience are requested not to apply. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector. Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and secure contracts. Conduct client meetings and site visits in coordination with operations and technical teams. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records and reports. Required Qualifications and Experience Mandatory experience in Facilities Management. Must have previous purchasing job experience. Strong network and established contacts within the industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle the full sales cycle.
