Senior Due Diligence Analyst - Saudi Private Markets

Gulfcapitalintelligence is seeking a Senior Due Diligence Analyst based in Riyadh to lead diligence efforts for Saudi private market transactions. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in due diligence or transaction advisory, along with a deep understanding of Saudi corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, and preferably has a background with a Big 4 firm, investment bank, or private equity fund. This position plays a key role in supporting transactions related to Vision 2030.
