We're Hiring Recruitment Coordinator
Join our team! We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing recruitment function and help us attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment records and update HRIS/ATS systems.
Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and Saudi Labor Law.
Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in high-volume recruitment is preferred.
Good understanding of:
Recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
Interview coordination.
Candidate sourcing techniques.
Saudi Labor Law.
Employment documentation.
HRIS & ATS platforms.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate
Filipino nationality is preferred.
