Marketing and Business Development Manager (Construction and Manpower) Region: Jubail (Dammam, Jubail, Al Khobar) We are a registered Construction and Manpower Supply company (CR, VAT, MISA, Chamber, GOSI active). We are looking for an experienced Marketing and BDM professional to help us bring new clients and secure projects. Responsibilities: Bring manpower supply orders and construction project leads Develop and maintain client relationships Prepare proposals and close deals Meet monthly sales targets Requirements: Experience in construction or manpower industry Strong client network in Saudi Arabia Good communication and negotiation skills Offer: Salary plus commission Career growth and long-term opportunity
