Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who understands the dynamics of service-based businesses and has hands-on experience selling operational services. We highly value candidates who have worked particularly within Facilities Management, Home Services, Retail, or Multi-Branch Service Operations .
The ideal candidate has successfully led both B2B and B2C sales , built high-performing sales teams, developed corporate partnerships, and understands how to drive sustainable revenue growth in fast-paced service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow both Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) business.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistently and exceed revenue targets.
- Expand the company's portfolio of services, including:
Home Cleaning
Pest Control
Moving Services
Maintenance & Home Services
Integrated Facilities Management
- Build long-term relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, proposals, and contract closures.
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights.
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs and CRM systems while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Management role.
- Proven success in managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong experience selling operational or recurring services rather than products.
- Experience managing sales teams, pipelines, key accounts, and commercial performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
