Patient Journey Manager: Omnichannel Healthcare Experience

This role focuses on enhancing the patient journey for rare diseases by serving as a key contact for healthcare professionals and orchestrating high-quality scientific exchanges. The manager will work collaboratively to implement strategies and account plans, ensuring optimized patient outcomes and product access.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and be able to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives that align with KKI’s mission to make people smile.
