Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant-Riyadh Region: Riyadh Job Title: Senior Accountant-Riyadh Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant-Riyadh to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receivables management, customer reconciliation, project-related accounting and communication, payment follow-ups, and comprehensive financial reporting to both Head Office and Branch Management. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis Perform customer reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Handle project-related accounting, monitoring costs, revenues, and financial progress Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with sales and operations teams Prepare accurate financial reports and summaries for Head Office and Branch Manager Coordinate for LC’s with customers Maintain Payroll records Assist in periodic closing activities Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls Support audits and provide required financial documentation when needed Handling Petty Cash at Branch Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Professional Qualification will be an added advantage Minimum 5to7 years of experience in project accounting roles Strong knowledge of receivables, reconciliation, and project accounting Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines ERP Experience will be a plus Salary Package: SAR 9,000 per month, inclusive of basic salary and allowances (as per company policy) with EPS-Senior Accountant-Riyadh as the subject line.
