Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible of managing theProjects in the implementations of Health Matrix in respect to resources,timeframes, budgets, and deliverables. This position is also responsible forensuring each Project is performed in accordance with Health Matriximplementation procedures and fulfills the contractual requirements for eachspecific Project.

Project Manager provides leadership,encompassing project planning, governance and project management. In addition, ensuresall projects administered adhere to the best practices and standard approachesfor project management. Also, manages changes and promotes the continuousimprovement of project management related processes.

The Project Manager should contribute to the successfuland timely deployment of robust products and customer solutions by providingapplication knowledge and product specialist services in the functional areasof product implementation, requirements scoping, design documents and changerequest testing. Act as an "expert" product resource for customers,as well as communicating and prioritizing customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability.
• Manage the project and the processes therein – including the definition and on-going monitoring of the project management / implementation Plan.
• Execute and align the project scope, goals, detailed milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Produce and manage the project plan, the quality plan, the communications plan, and define the resource plan.
• Represent the needs of the implementation team during the pre-sales stage.
• Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues.
• Manage the project budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years’ experience in IT “software” project management.
• Excellent knowledge and practice as per PMI standards.
• Good ability in managing project teams.
• PMP certificate is preferred.
• Preferably good knowledge in project accounting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
