Senior Engineer - Transmission Substation

Key Role:
Identify problems in Substation, plan maintenance and monitor contractors work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Site visits to supervise maintenance work performed by contractors.
- Troubleshoot & diagnose problems.
- Identify consequences of changes.
- Ensure documentation of errors and actions taken.
- Read and design Drawings.
- Manage Control System.
- Carry out switching operations and circuit main earth connections.
- Carry out non electrical work in stations.
- Issue permits for work, sanctions for test, certificates of isolation and limitations of access.
- Receive sanction for test.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
