Indoor Sales Coordinator

Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Indoor Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, manage customer inquiries, coordinate quotations and orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales staff, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and order status.
Support the outdoor sales team with administrative and coordination activities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Follow up on pending quotations and potential sales opportunities.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and finance departments.
Prepare sales reports and update management on order status.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to customer requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience in the construction/building materials industry is preferred.
