Test Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead and support the testing team for our client.
The role requires the ability to frequent travel to Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
Billing: hourly rate + diet + travel expenses.
Duties
- Managing a team of six testers, overseeing the design and execution of test plans, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality testing outcomes across multi-platform environments.
- Developing comprehensive test strategies, planning and scheduling test activities, reporting on test progress, logging defects, and preparing consolidated recommendations for release readiness.
- Preparation of documentation and test scenarios, as well as the execution of functional, non-functional, manual, and automated tests.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Test Manager or similar leadership position. Nice to have: within Salesforce environments
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-platform testing initiatives from strategy to execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a team of testers
- Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods to Saudi Arabia
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client representatives
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Expertise in designing test plans, preparing documentation, and executing manual, and automated tests
