Job Summary
We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Supervisor to oversee and lead our quality assurance team. The QA Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Lead a team of QA technicians and inspectors
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Train employees on quality assurance principles and techniques
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
