In this role, you will oversee the management and operations of employee housing facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and comfort. You will play a critical role in supporting our multi-national workforce by providing a well-organized and efficient living environment that fosters productivity and well-being.As a key member of the Logistics team, you will coordinate with various departments to address housing needs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and housing regulations. oversee** the daily operations of employee accommodation facilities, ensuring they meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and comfort.* **Coordinate and supervise** housing assignments for employees, ensuring optimal utilization of available space.* **Inspect and monitor** living facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs.* **Ensure compliance** with Saudi labor laws, municipal regulations, and company policies related to employee housing.* **Develop and implement** housing policies and procedures to maintain order and address employee concerns effectively.* **Liaise with vendors and service providers** for facility maintenance, cleaning, and other essential services.* **Maintain accurate records** of housing occupancy, maintenance schedules, and related expenses.* **Handle employee grievances** related to accommodation and resolve issues promptly and professionally.* **Monitor and manage budgets** for housing operations, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.* **Conduct periodic audits** of housing facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.* **Train and supervise** on-site staff, including cleaners and maintenance personnel, to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Facilities Management**, or a related field.* Minimum of **5 years of experience** in accommodation management, facilities management, or a similar role.* Strong knowledge of **Saudi labor laws** and housing regulations.* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and facility management software.* Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.## Preferred Qualifications* Certification in **Facilities Management** or related disciplines.* Experience working in the **construction or engineering industry**.* Familiarity with **health, safety, and environmental standards** such as ISO 45001.* Knowledge of **Arabic** is an advantage.* Prior experience managing housing for a multi-national workforce.## Working Conditions* This role is **based in Khobar**, Saudi Arabia, and requires full-time availability.* Primarily office-based with frequent visits to employee housing facilities.* May require occasional travel to other project locations within Saudi Arabia.* Work environment includes exposure to hot climates and
