Civil/Structural Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Project Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia-Dhahran. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and be responsible for overseeing the structural design and construction aspects of various projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all civil and structural engineering activities for oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia-Dhahran.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of structural engineering plans and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review and approve civil and structural engineering drawings and documents.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and schedules to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.
• Address any engineering‑related issues and recommend solutions to optimize project performance.

Key Requirements

• At least a 4 year degree in an engineering discipline
• Proven experience in project management within the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to quality and safety
