Data Entry & Administrative Assistant

Full-time

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong data entry skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative and secretarial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoices, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
• Support in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
• Perform daily secretarial duties, including email correspondence, scheduling, and coordination.
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
• Assist different departments with administrative support as required.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or accounting support.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documents.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
