In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our service solutions, helping customers improve their productivity and efficiency. You will lead the rollout and implementation of key initiatives like Fleet Premium, ensuring seamless adoption for both customers and internal teams. Working closely with our Regional Marketing Team and global stakeholders, you will bring international best practices to life in the local market. A key part of your responsibility will be to establish and lead the Life Cycle Management (LCM) setup, ensuring the long-term success of our solution business and managing a dedicated LCM team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting other markets across the region to scale their service offerings and maximize customer value.

What You'll do

As Solution Consultant, you work on the launch of our new asset management solution Hilti ON!Track. Together with our sales regions in Germany and market organisations in Central Europe, you ensure sustainable success of our new asset management solution with your strong customer and service orientation. You train the salesforce, support the sales process of ON!Track and Fleet Management (tool park management solution) and implement the solutions at the customers’ side. This includes consulting and training our customers and users.

• You train your assigned territory’s salesforce on the new asset management solution and the sales process
• You support the sales process step by step and are the first point of contact for questions of the salesforce
• You will be responsible to gather & document customer insights as part of on-site analysis to build a deep understanding of your customers business & challenges (needs)
• You consult our customers based on their individual challenges & needs for ON!Track and Fleet Management
• You are, after the sale, the interface between the customer and the asset management solution. The new asset management solution (Hilti ON!Track) is implemented at the customers’ side: installation of hardware and software components, data imports, analysis and optimization of customers’ business processes, and documentation of project-specific customisations
• You advise at customers’ side how to set-up and use the solution

What You’ll Bring

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Proven experience in disciplinary and technical leadership of teams, preferably within a matrix organization
• Solid professional background in Fleet Management, with strong affinity for digital solutions, software systems, and service-based business models
• Relevant experience in marketing and sales of services and software solutions
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a high sense of ownership
• Demonstrated assertiveness and resilience in leading change and driving performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
