About the Job

An opportunity has arisen forFinance Executive (Credit)for Finance Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Manage relations with collection agencies.
• Manage relations with credit reporting agencies.
• Manage all account queries and disputes. Responsible for Ageing of Debtors and maintaining the same under control.
• Review the Guest Ledger High Balance report daily and reporting discrepancies
• Administer credit processes and policies for other departments in the hotel
• Monitor credit limits of all outstanding accounts

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or supervisory experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS like Opera, Room master, Protel, Visual One, Delphi, Sun Finance, Oracle Finance, SAP etc
• Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others are essential
• Preferred to be experienced in luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded
