We are seeking a passionate Commercial Manager to drive strategic commercial excellence and deliver innovative solutions in rail transportation. You will collaborate with dedicated teams, leading complex negotiations and shaping the commercial landscape for transformative mobility projects.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead scalable commercial strategies to maximize project profitability and growth.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure reliability in contract management and risk mitigation across all phases.
• Champion innovative approaches to commercial models and business development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and mentor team members to build commercial expertise.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial management within large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
