Executive Italian Kitchen Lead

Fairmont Ramla in Riyadh seeks an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the Italian restaurant’s culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction. You will develop authentic menus, mentor the kitchen team, and maintain luxury standards across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
You will manage food safety, cost controls, inventory, and supplier relationships, while collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to deliver memorable dining experiences and seasonal promotions.
