o With each submission, candidate will need to send 1-3 min video (max.) introducing themselves & covering following questions: 1. Describe a partnership you personally developed that generated measurable commercial growth. Please explain: - The market context and opportunity you identified - Your partner selection criteria -Your outreach and negotiation approach -The commercial structure -The tangible results achieved (client acquisition, revenue growth, regional expansion) - How you maintain and strengthen long-term professional relationship 2. How would you use your existing network to excel in this new role? Please explain: - What type of professional network you have built in your current industry - Which segments of your network could realistically be introduced to financial trading services - How you would reposition your relationships to present the employer's offerings - How you handle credibility-building when entering a new industry 3. If selected, how would you structure your first 90 days to build commercial momentum in your region? Please outline: - Your priorities during the first month - How you would identify high-potential partners - Your approach to building a sustainable partner pipeline - Key performance indicators you would track. Ideal candidate in client's words would be: "ideal candidate for the team is energetic, hungry to learn and build something from the zero, initiative, very good speaker (since many times he/she will have to be on stage or hold seminar).
