These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.**Responsibilities:*** Lead all maintenance activities for the \*\*Mixed Feed Cracker (MFC)/Steam Cracker\*\* area, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations in accordance with Company standards.* Manage mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and rotating equipment maintenance for Cracker units, including preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.* Ensure effective execution and reporting of maintenance activities through the CMMS system.* Support Planning & Scheduling and Reliability teams in maintenance optimization, bad actor analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives.* Lead maintenance planning and execution during turnarounds, major shutdowns, and emergency maintenance.* Manage day-to-day maintenance teams and contractors while ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements.* Prepare weekly maintenance reports and participate in maintenance review meetings.* Develop team capability through technical coaching and job-specific training in coordination with HR.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Diploma.* • Minimum 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – High School.* Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Bachelor Degree.* Saudi Nationals Only* \* \*\*Mandatory hands-on maintenance experience in Ethylene Cracker/MFC units. Candidates without Cracker maintenance experience will not be considered.\*\** Strong knowledge of gas turbines, compressors, pumps, furnaces, heat exchangers, boilers, columns, piping systems, and critical rotating equipment used in Cracker plants.* Proven experience managing plant turnarounds, shutdowns, maintenance contracts, and reliability improvement programs.* Strong knowledge of CMMS, maintenance planning, RBI, RCA, and predictive maintenance techniques.* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to deliver business results while working in a multicultural environment.
