About the Role
We're looking for a highly proactive, customer-focused Customer Success & Sales Associate to support our Interior Design team throughout the sales journey.

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, following up after proposals and negotiations, increasing conversion rates, and identifying upselling opportunities. You'll work closely with our designers, CX, and marketing teams to ensure every qualified customer receives an exceptional experience from the first conversation until the project is signed.

THE ROLE: What you'll own here.

• Own customer follow-ups after proposals and negotiations.

• Build strong relationships with customers and become their primary point of contact throughout the sales journey.

• Understand customer concerns, answer questions, and confidently handle objections.

• Convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.

• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize project value.

• Join meetings with Interior Designers and occasionally lead customer meetings when needed.

• Qualify new inbound leads when required.

• Work closely with the Design, CX, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and handovers

• Keep all customer interactions updated in the CRM.

• Meet sales and conversion targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

THE PROFILE: You're probably a fit if...

• You have excellent spoken and written English and Arabic; strong communication in both languages is essential.

• You are a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings.

• You have a strong sales mindset with proven experience in objection handling, negotiation, and upselling.

• You naturally build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

• You are a collaborative team player who communicates proactively and enjoys working cross-functionally.

• You are a quick learner who can become independent with new tools and processes.

• You are highly organized, with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

• You are comfortable using CRMs and digital tools.
  Bonus : 2+ years in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development; experience in high-value or consultative sales; experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture, Real Estate, or Home Improvement is a plus.
