Corporate Account Assistant

Corporate Account Assistant Region: Khobar (Eastern Province (Al Khobar)) Location: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Company: TMS Group Employment Type: Full-Time TMS Group is currently seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and motivated Corporate Account Assistant to join our corporate team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates who are capable of working in a dynamic corporate environment while maintaining strong professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in financial and administrative operations. Key Roles and Responsibilities Support daily accounting and financial operations. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, quotations, and purchase documentation. Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding accounts and payments. Assist in accounts receivable and payable monitoring. Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and operational summaries. Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and documentation standards. Handle professional email correspondence and corporate communications. Support management with administrative and reporting tasks. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Professional corporate etiquette and ability to work under pressure. GCC/KSA experience will be considered an advantage.
