Patient Services & Reception Specialist

NahdiCare Polyclinic seeks a professional receptionist and administrator to provide high quality service to patients, doctors, staff and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring inquiries are handled courteously and efficiently to convey the polyclinic’s image and branding.
Duties: greet patients, schedule appointments, collect demographics, handle payments, and keep the reception area tidy. Manage calls and emails per protocol.
