Educational Qualification

• PhD
• Degrees in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field

Research & Publications

• A strong research record, ideally with publications in high‑impact, peer‑reviewed, indexed journals.
• Ability to lead or initiate research projects, secure funding, and publish consistently.
• Supervision experience of MS/PhD students is desirable.

Teaching & Curriculum

• Ability to teach courses at undergraduate and graduate levels;
• Develop new courses and labs.
• Experience or willingness in curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and using instructional technologies.
• Supervision of student projects, senior projects, theses, and strong student advising.

Professional Service & Collaboration

• Participation in departmental, college, or university committees and service activities.
• Engagement with external communities: conferences, workshops, industry partnerships.
• Contribution to institutional development (new programs, labs, outreach) is valued.
