About Us
We are a popular Punjabi Restaurant in Jeddah serving high-quality, authentic Desi and Arabic flavors.
We are expanding our team and looking for a hardworking, experienced Demi Chef who knows their way around a busy kitchen.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5 to 7 years working in restaurant kitchens, specifically handling both Indian/Pakistani (Punjabi) and Arabic dishes.
Location: Candidates currently based in Jeddah, Makkah, or surrounding areas with a valid Iqama and Health Card (Baladiya).
Kitchen Skills: Deep knowledge of Tandoor, Karahi, Biryani, Handi, Vegetarian as well as Arabic Grills/Kebab & Salads prep and basic Mezze.
Team Player: Honest, active, and able to keep the station clean, organized, and running fast during rush hours.
Main Responsibilities
Handle daily prep (mise en place) for the kitchen station before opening.
Cook and plate authentic Punjabi and Arabic food according to standard kitchen taste and presentation.
Follow strict kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness rules at all times.
Manage stock properly to avoid food waste and keep ingredient prep fresh.
