## شواغر وظيفية في المملكة العربية السعوديةإعلان وظيفي – محاسب تعلن شركة تنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات مقرها الرئيسي في مدينة الرياض المملكة العربية السعودية عن توفر شاغر: محاسب المؤهلات: \* بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها. \* خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين. \* إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel. \* إجادة استخدام البرامج المحاسبية. \* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل. \* يفضل توفر خبرة في شركات المقاولات أو التصنيع أو تنظيم الفعاليات. المهام الوظيفية: \* تسجيل القيود المحاسبية اليومية. \* إعداد سندات القبض والصرف. \* متابعة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة. \* مطابقة الأرصدة البنكية وإعداد التسويات البنكية. \* إصدار الفواتير ومتابعة التحصيل. \* مراجعة المصروفات والمشتريات والتأكد من صحة المستندات. \* متابعة العهد والسلف وتسويتها. \* إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية. \* المشاركة في إعداد الإقفالات الشهرية والسنوية. \* التنسيق مع مراجع الحسابات والإدارة المالية. \* الالتزام بالأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية المعمول بها في المملكة. \* تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة المالية. --- مشرف قاعات ومواقع (فعاليات) تعلن شركة تنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات عن توفر شاغر: مشرف قاعات ومواقع المؤهلات: \* خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال تنظيم الفعاليات أو الإشراف الميداني. \* مهارات قيادية وإدارية عالية. \* القدرة على العمل خارج أوقات الدوام عند الحاجة. \* مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء والفرق التشغيلية. \* يفضل امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية. المهام الوظيفية: \* الإشراف الكامل على تنفيذ مواقع الفعاليات منذ بدء التجهيز وحتى التسليم. \* متابعة فرق العمل والتأكد من تنفيذ المهام وفق الخطة الزمنية. \* التنسيق بين أقسام الإنتاج والتركيب والنقل لضمان سير العمل. \* التأكد من جاهزية الموقع قبل بدء الفعالية. \* متابعة جودة التنفيذ ومعالجة أي ملاحظات ميدانية بشكل فوري. \* التواصل المباشر مع العميل أثناء التنفيذ وتمثيل الشركة باحترافية. \* إعداد تقارير يومية عن تقدم الأعمال ورفعها للإدارة. \* متابعة التزام الموظفين بإجراءات السلامة والأنظمة. \* الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام والتسليم وحصر أي ملاحظات. \* التأكد من المحافظة على معدات الشركة وأصولها في الموقع. \* التعامل مع الطوارئ واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لضمان نجاح الفعالية. \* تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى ضمن نطاق العمل يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة. للمعنيين التواصل وارسال السيرة الذاتية على البريد الالكتروني المرفق أدناه مع ضرورة ذكر التخصص في عنوان البريد الالكتروني View email address on click.appcast.io
