- تقديم جلسات تفاعلية وجذابة حول مجموعة واسعة من مواضيع الصحة النفسية والرفاهية، مع تكييف أسلوبك ليتناسب مع مختلف الجماهير العالمية.
- تقديم محتوى مُصمم خصيصًا من قِبل WPO، مع تخصيص الأمثلة وطريقة التقديم لتناسب مختلف القطاعات والثقافات والسياقات التنظيمية.
- إنشاء بيئات تعليمية تفاعلية باستخدام المناقشات، واستطلاعات الرأي، والتأملات، وجلسات الأسئلة والأجوبة لتعزيز مشاركة المشاركين واستيعابهم للمعلومات.
- تنفيذ الدورات التدريبية عن بُعد وفي الموقع، مع ضمان سلاسة الإعدادات التقنية وفعالية التجارب.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق فعاليات التعلم في WPO قبل كل جلسة - مراجعة المواد، والتوافق مع أهداف العميل، والمشاركة في اجتماعات التحضير.
- الحفاظ على الحساسية الثقافية، والأصالة، والمهنية في أسلوب التيسير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدرب، أو مُيسّر، أو مُوجّه، أو مُتحدث عام، ويُفضّل الإلمام بمواضيع الصحة النفسية أو القيادة.
- عضوية في هيئة تنظيمية مهنية (مثل ICF، EAPA).
- مهارات تواصل وتيسير قوية - ثقة بالنفس، وشخصية جذابة، وقدرة على التفاعل مع مختلف الفئات.
- قدرة مثبتة على تقديم الدورات التدريبية لجمهور صغير وكبير عبر مختلف الوسائل (عن بُعد وحضورياً).
- شهادة ماجستير كحد أدنى أو ما يعادلها محلياً.
- إجادة استخدام المنصات الافتراضية مثل Zoom، وMicrosoft Teams، وWebex، أو ما يُماثلها.
- الالتزام باجتماعات التحضير والتنسيق.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة سريرية
- خبرة في العمل مع عملاء من شركات متعددة الجنسيات أو شركات كبرى.
- إلمام بمواضيع تشمل الصحة النفسية، والمرونة، والقيادة، والسلامة النفسية، أو ثقافة مكان العمل.
- الاستعداد والقدرة على السفر لحضور جلسات تدريبية في مواقع العمل عند الحاجة (تُغطى نفقات السفر).
- خبرة في المساهمة في تصميم المحتوى، أو تطوير المناهج، أو التصميم التعليمي.
