HR Generalist: People & Compliance Partner

SupportFinity™

Marriott International is seeking an HR Assistant to support management in resolving HR issues, assist with transfers, and monitor hiring processes. You will coordinate screenings, reference and background checks, maintain HR records, and assist with orientation for new employees.

The role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies, maintaining confidential records, and generating HR data reports as needed.
