Role Description

CMDM is looking for a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative based in Saudi Arabia to support the agency’s expansion in the Saudi market. The representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, presenting CMDM’s services, and closing new business opportunities. The role is suitable for independent sales professionals, freelancers, business development consultants, and well-connected individuals seeking flexible, performance-based earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the Saudi Arabian market
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Contact decision-makers and arrange sales meetings
• Present CMDM’s services and explain their business value
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital solutions
• Coordinate with the CMDM team to prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Close new client contracts and support the onboarding process
• Maintain regular communication with clients and build long-term relationships
• Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs in KSA

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads, prospect for new clients, and manage a sales pipeline
• Confidence in approaching business owners and decision-makers
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, SEO, web development, and content production
• Ability to translate digital services into clear business benefits
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to work toward commission-based targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software is beneficial
• Previous sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Arabic and English proficiency is strongly preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory

Compensation

• This position is offered on a commission-only basis.
• No fixed salary
• No monthly basic salary
• Commission is earned on successfully closed and collected client contracts
• Commission terms and payment conditions will be agreed upon with selected candidates

Location

• Saudi Arabia – Remote and field-based
• Candidates should currently reside in Saudi Arabia and have a good understanding of the local business environment.
