They verify welding procedures, inspect joints, and maintain quality documentation. Mechanical supervisors and foremen oversee the work teams on-site and ensure that all tasks are completed according to project specifications. They coordinate with engineers, monitor progress, and guide workers to maintain productivity and safety during the shutdown period.
