Contract Manager - AZAD PROPERTIES

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Contract Manager. Main Responsibilities in Contract Management

• Develop, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to provide guidance on contract matters, safeguarding company interests.
• Manage contractual changes and amendments, minimizing business risks and maximizing value for the company.
• Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
• Facilitate communication and understanding of contract stipulations amongst stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits of existing contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
• Drafting contract and responsible of contracts renewals.
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries on contractual matters for senior management.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts, ensuring that financial goals are met while adhering to contractual agreements.
• Analyze contract pricing structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications for a Contract Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction industry or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, legal terminology, and procurement procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.

Preferred Experience and Skills in Contract Management

• Experience in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex multi-layered contracts.
