Responsibilities
- Follow approved HR policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain employee data in HR systems.
- Organize and archive training and HR documents.
- Provide basic HR support services to employees.
- Prepare memos and e-mails for internal communication.
- Follow up on daily training and development activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to organize files and records.
- Basic English language skills.
