Consultant Orthopedic Surgery

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join leading healthcare facilities in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in orthopedic surgery, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to provide high-quality patient care while working within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and surgical management for orthopedic conditions.
• Perform complex orthopedic procedures, including trauma, joint replacement, sports injuries, and reconstructive surgeries as per area of expertise.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental activities.
• Mentor and support junior medical staff when required.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Extensive experience working as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Strong expertise in orthopedic diagnosis, surgical procedures, and patient management.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
