Our company is looking for a Merchant Success Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- On board new clients to apps and tools included to the services availed;
- Report unusual activity to supervisors;
- Review and verify statistics from apps and tools;
- Help process value added services for clients;
- Observe product utilization and give intel of the clients behavior to sales managers;
- May provide administrative assistance to leads and management team members as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures and clearly give instructions;
- Training experience is highly desired;
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any business and IT related courses;
- Strong interest in and understanding of online marketplaces preferably real estate, cars and other services;
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written Communications, English and Filipino);
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to analyze and solve technical issues;
- High level of integrity, honesty, and judgement; Diligence and discipline in work ethics.
