Our company is looking for a German speaking SPA Receptionist (f/m) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Competent dealing with guest feedback;
- Ensure special well-being moments, which are surprising and inspiring;
- Dealing and controlling all reservations that are made;
- Responsible for all work and service procedures in the SPA & Sport Reception;
- Warm and individual welcoming and goodbye of all guests;
- Excellent performance at internally defined “touchpoints” to change guests to fans;
- Active cross selling regarding more offers from other departments;
- Professional consulting and selling of treatments and sales products;
- Daily end of day report and administrating procedures;
- All around support of guests (representatives, contractors, contact person).
Requirements:
- At least 20 years of age;
- Flexible and willing to learn;
- Practical first aid certificate;
- Strong sales and consulting skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Service-orientated and warm host;
- IT skills (Rescom, FIDELIO Cruise, MICROS, MXP desirable);
- At least 2 years’ in-depth, specialist training in hotel or in a SPA-relevant area (Beauty, Massage or Sport & Gesundheit);
- Professional demeanour and warm, friendly manner;
- Well-groomed appearance and confident manner;
- An effective communicator, a positive attitude and able to motivate others;
- Several years’ professional experience or in the relevant industry;
- Happy to work as part of a team;
- Knowledge of German and English;
- IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook), ideally booking system MXP.
