Eram Talent is urgently seeking an experienced HSE Officer with plant experience for a short-term contract of 25 days. This immediate joiner position is ideal for candidates who are proficient in managing health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial or plant settings. Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant operations during the contract period.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
Monitor safe work practices and ensure all employees adhere to safety protocols.
Assist in incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks to enhance awareness on site.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HSE activities throughout the contract.
Provide guidance and support on emergency preparedness and response measures.
Collaborate with site management to promote a culture of safety.
Perform any additional duties required to ensure successful completion of HSE objectives within the 25-day period.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an HSE Officer with specific plant experience.
Strong understanding of plant safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to conduct effective safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience with incident investigation and reporting.
Ready to join immediately for a 25-day short-term assignment.
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with emergency response procedures in a plant environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
