Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Manufacturing Pharmacist to join our New Sterile facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the sterile manufacturing environment, ensuring the accurate and efficient filling of pharmaceutical products. The position requires a strong understanding of aseptic techniques, cGMP regulations, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing process.(Includes Compounding, CIP/ SIP system, Autoclave and Sterile Filtration Process.
Follow and implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Conduct routine process evaluation and provide input for the operational excellence.
Implementation and compliance of cGMP to maintain the quality of product and pristine condition of the sterile area
Provided input and ensuring the smooth execution of weekly plan in sterile manufacturing area.
Involve and ensure in the preparation and setup equipment for sterile manufacturing and filling processes.
Receiving and transfer of Raw material as per the process flow.
Manufacturing and supervise the activities related the Sterile Manufacturing.
Monitor the cleaning, sanitization and sterilization of the process and the area.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures.
Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Adhere to all safety standards and reporting of incidents.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
Document and report any deviations from standard procedures.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions.
Participates in the validation program and aseptic simulation process.
Adhere to cGMP regulations and other relevant industry standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, guidelines, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated with 5-6 years of experience in pharma environment (Sterile Manufacturing)
Bachelor’s in pharmacy or equivalent technical degree.
Proven experience in sterile manufacturing and filling operations, in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and clean-room procedures.
Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality control processes.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
SAP system understanding is preferred.
Computer skills with good understanding in the MS-Word, EXCEL, and Power Point Presentation.
