Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our café team in Saudi Arabia. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Experience in coffee preparation and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, tea, and cold beverages.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
Welcome customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
Handle cash transactions and POS systems when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas.
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a café environment (freshers may be considered for junior positions).
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and teamwork.
