Insurance Relations Officer

Description
Arpha Medical Complex is looking for a motivated and professional employee to handle insurance company relations and external business visits.
Job Responsibilities:
• Visit insurance companies to follow up on approvals, claims, payments, and pending cases.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding patient insurance coverage and policy issues.
• Visit corporate clients and other customers on behalf of Arpha Medical Complex.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and potential clients.
• Follow up on pending matters and prepare regular reports for management.
• Represent the medical complex professionally during external visits.
Requirements:
• Experience in medical insurance or insurance coordination is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of medical insurance procedures in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
