Recruitment Officer/Admin Assistant

Job Summary
The Recruitment Officer/Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in line with company policies and manpower requirements.

Jaddah,Riyadh
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to determine current and future staffing needs.
- Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate selection and offer process.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate onboarding processes with relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.
