نحن نبحث عن نادل/نادلة ماهر/ma ومنظم/ة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المتقدم مسؤولاً/مسؤولة عن تقديم خدمة مطعم احترافية، استقبال الضيوف، أخذ الطلبات وتقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات بدقة وبما يضمن تجربة مريحة ومرضية للزبائن. الوظيفة متاحة للمتقدمين من الجنسية الفلبينية فقط ويجب توفر إقامة وتصريح عمل ساريين في المملكة.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
استقبال الضيوف والترحيب بهم وتوجيههم إلى الطاولات المناسبة بطريقة مهنية وودودة.
أخذ طلبات الطعام والمشروبات بدقة ونقلها إلى المطبخ و/أو قسم المشروبات مع متابعة حالة الطلبات حتى التقديم.
تقديم الأطباق والمشروبات بطريقة أنيقة وفق معايير العرض وجودة الخدمة المتبعة في المطعم.
متابعة ملاحظات واحتياجات الضيوف ومعالجة شكاواهم أو تصعيدها للمدير عند الحاجة لضمان رضا العميل.
المساهمة في إعداد وتجهيز الطاولات، تنظيفها وتنسيق مناطق الخدمة بين النوبات لضمان مستوى نظافة مرتفع.
التأكد من استخدام أدوات التقديم وتعقيمها وفق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية المتبعة.
معرفة بقائمة الطعام والمشروبات لشرح العناصر والإجابة عن استفسارات الضيوف وتقديم توصيات عند الطلب.
التعامل مع عمليات الدفع وحساب الفواتير بدقة وتسليم الفواتير والمبالغ حسب سياسات المطعم.
المساهمة في الحفاظ على مخزون مواد الخدمة وإبلاغ المشرف عند الحاجة إلى إعادة التوريد.
الالتزام بمواعيد العمل واللباس المهني وسلوك العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الجنسيات.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
جنسية فلبينية فقط مع وجود إقامة وتصريح عمل ساري في المملكة العربية السعودية.
خبرة سابقة كنادِل/نادلة أو في مجال الضيافة (يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن سنة).
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ وإجادة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
قدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة والالتزام بمعايير خدمة العملاء.
مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق مع المحافظة على المظهر المهني.
القدرة على العمل بنظام نوبات بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية حسب حاجة المطعم.
الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة ومعايير النظافة الشخصية.
