نبحث عن مُرتب/ة زهور (Florist / Flower Arranger) ماهر/ة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تصميم وترتيب باقات وديكورات زهور مبتكرة عالية الجودة لتلبية طلبات العملاء للأحداث، الهدايا، والفعاليات التجارية مع الحفاظ على معايير جمالية ومهنية عالية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحضير وتنسيق باقات وقطع زهور طازجة ومجففة وفقاً لمتطلبات العملاء والمواسم.
- تصميم ترتيبات زهور للفعاليات مثل حفلات الزفاف، المؤتمرات، الحفلات الخاصة، والفعاليات التجارية.
- تقديم استشارات للعملاء بشأن اختيار الأزهار، الألوان، والأساليب المناسبة للمناسبات المختلفة.
- التعامل مع طلبات عبر الهاتف والواتساب وتنسيق مواعيد التسليم مع قسم التوصيل.
- المحافظة على مخزون الزهور والمواد الخام وتنظيم المخزن وتدوين احتياجات الشراء.
- ضمان جودة المنتجات وسلامة الزهور من التلف عبر تقنيات حفظ مناسبة ورعاية يومية.
- الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والسلامة أثناء تجهيز وترتيب الزهور.
- تقديم عروض إبداعية وتحديث قائمة المنتجات الموسمية والمناسبات الخاصة.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات وخدمة العملاء لضمان تجربة عميل ممتازة.
المتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة مثبتة في تنسيق وتنسيق الزهور (يفضل 1-3 سنوات أو أكثر).
- مهارات فنية وإبداعية عالية في تصميم الباقات والديكورات.
- قدرة على العمل بسرعة ودقة ضمن بيئة عمل نشطة وتحت ضغط.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء بمهنية.
- القدرة على رفع الأوزان الخفيفة والعمل بدوام مرن بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والمواسم.
- إلمام بأساليب حفظ الزهور وإدارة المخزون.
- التوجه نحو التفاصيل وحس ذوقي قوي في اختيار الألوان والتناغم.
- متقدمون من الجنسية الفلبينية أو النيبالية مُفضلون؛ وظائف للمقيمين داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية أو العربية تعتبر ميزة.
