Barista-KSA Based

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to approved recipes and standards.

-Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all beverages.

-Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly.

-Adjust coffee extraction, grind size, and milk texture to meet quality standards.

-Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.

-Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests efficiently.

-Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.

-Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.

-Ensure all coffee equipment, tools, and work areas are clean and well maintained.

-Support the service and kitchen teams during peak hours and busy periods.

Required Qualifications & Experience

-Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

-Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.

-Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso techniques, and milk texturing.

-Experience with specialty coffee and basic latte art is preferred.

-Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
