نبذة عن الدور
نحن نبحث عن محاسب ماهر ومتفاني للانضمام إلى فريقنا بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً/مسؤولة عن إدارة السجلات المالية اليومية، إعداد التقارير المالية، والمساهمة في ضمان الامتثال للسياسات المحاسبية وقوانين العمل السعودية. الوظيفة متاحة للسكان من أي جنسية عربية ويتطلب إتقان اللغة العربية.
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
إدارة القيود اليومية ودفاتر الأستاذ العام والمساعدة في إغلاق الدفاتر الشهرية والسنوية.
إعداد ومراجعة الفواتير، حسابات المدفوعات والمقبوضات، وتسوية حسابات العملاء والموردين.
إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية (قوائم الدخل، الميزانية العمومية، تقارير التدفق النقدي) بدقة وفي المواعيد المحددة.
التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين وتوفير المستندات المطلوبة عند الطلب.
متابعة الرواتب والاقتطاعات والتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات قانون العمل السعودي واللوائح الضريبية ذات الصلة.
مراقبة وتحديث السجلات المتعلقة بضريبة القيمة المضافة والتقارير الضريبية الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
المساهمة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية وتحليل الانحرافات وتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
المحافظة على نظام رقابي داخلي فعال للتأكد من دقة وسلامة البيانات المالية.
التعامل مع المهام المحاسبية الإدارية الأخرى وتقديم الدعم المالي للإدارات المختلفة عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة عملية مثبتة في المحاسبة (يفضل من 2 إلى 5 سنوات) ويفضل خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو بيئة مماثلة.
إتقان اللغة العربية كتابةً ومحادثةً؛ معرفة جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة.
معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية والأنظمة المالية المحلية، بما في ذلك ضريبة القيمة المضافة وقانون العمل السعودي.
مهارة في استخدام برامج المحاسبة (مثل QuickBooks، أو برنامج محاسبي محلي) وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، خاصة إكسل.
دقة عالية في العمل والانتباه للتفاصيل ومهارات تحليلية جيدة.
قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
الحصول على تصاريح عمل سارية في المملكة العربية السعودية (الإقامة/هوية عمل).
