We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (Plumbing & Firefighting) in the GCC Region. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction and MEP Infrastructure sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze consultant designs and identify value engineering opportunities.

• Lead estimation, costing, and tender preparation for large MEP projects.

• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Prepare RFIs, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.

• Manage variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.

• Supervise BIM coordination and clash detection activities.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, IPC, UPC, KFF, and GCC authority regulations.

• Coordinate regulatory approvals and project technical governance.

Required Skills:

• Value Engineering – Cost optimization and alternative design solutions.

• Plumbing & Firefighting Design – Infrastructure and commercial projects.

• Tendering & Estimation – Multi-million-dollar project bidding.

• Revit MEP – Advanced BIM modeling and analysis.

• Navisworks Manage – Clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• KFF Grade I Licensed Engineer status.

• GCC authority approval experience.

• Primavera P6 or MS Project exposure.

Work Experience Requirements:

Candidates must possess 7–10 years of experience in MEP infrastructure or commercial contracting environments. Strong exposure to GCC markets, tendering, value engineering, and authority approvals is mandatory.

Education:

Minimum: B.E./B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering

Preferred: Professional Engineering Registration (KSE/SCE)

Additional: KFF Grade I License or equivalent Civil Defense Accreditation
