About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. If you have a passion for the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry and enjoy interacting with people, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
