Sales Engineer (Hand Tools - B2B)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer – Hand Tools (B2B) to drive sales growth and expand our customer base across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, promoting our professional hand tools portfolio, and achieving sales targets within the industrial, construction, and hardware sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell professional hand tools to distributors, hardware dealers, industrial customers, contractors, and end users.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to support sales activities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events as required.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and support business development.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hand tools, power tools, industrial supplies, hardware, construction materials, or related products.
Strong knowledge of the industrial, construction, and hardware market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel frequently.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
