On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business and sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous sales growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience .
- Proven track record in sales and successful deal closure.
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- No specific academic qualification required.
